9 ingredients to snack better, without leaving your desk

I am a big believer in snackinsnack stackg because I am one of those people who gets grumpy if I’m not eating every few hours. But, in spite of this, I have a pretty poor track record of packing snacks into my daily lunch bag. Sure….I often get a piece of fruit into there but I’m often left searching for something more to nimble on mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

But finding the perfect snack isn’t stressful,l if you plan ahead. So, next time you’re at Stockbox, make sure to stock up on these 5 ingredients, which will keep you covered in your next snack emergency:

  • Nut butter (add to fresh fruit or crackers)
  • Instant oatmeal
  • Dried fruit and nuts
  • Small, individually wrapped dark chocolate pieces
  • Canned soup
  • Somersault sunflower snacks – a bag can easily last you a week and is packed full of protein

If you have access to a fridge, you can cover yourself for a week at a time with these items:

  • String cheese
  • Big tub of yogurt
  • Hummus (add to crackers or veggies)
